Gradebook Scrolling Glitch | Synergy
Overview
We are aware of a scrolling glitch that can occur within the Synergy Gradebook, which may hinder your ability to navigate and interact with the interface effectively. Although Edupoint is aware of this issue, it is generally caused by browser or computer settings rather than Synergy itself. This guide provides steps to address and potentially resolve the glitch based on feedback from users who have successfully managed the issue.
Adjust Browser Zoom Settings:
- Check Zoom Level: Ensure that your browser's zoom level is set to 100%. Zoom levels different from 100% can distort the display and cause scrolling problems.
- Reset Zoom:
- Google Chrome:
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three vertical dots (menu) in the top-right corner.
- Locate the Zoom section and set it to 100%.
- Microsoft Edge:
- Open Edge.
- Click the three horizontal dots (menu) in the top-right corner.
- Locate the Zoom section and set it to 100%.
Additional Tips:
- Update Your Browser: Ensure you are using the latest version of your browser, as updates may include fixes for compatibility issues.
-
Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can resolve unexpected behavior.
If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, please reach out to the helpdesk (316) 973-4357.
