Overview

These instructions are for student teachers seeking Canvas access. Before requesting access, they must first complete the process to obtain non-district access for individuals working within our school buildings and sites.

Steps:

1. Complete the Form

Download and complete the Non-District Access Request Form Fillable.pdf

2. Submit the Form

Open a Freshservice ticket by following these steps:
- Select Report an Issue.
- Complete the required fields.
- Under Request Type, choose Request Application Access.
- Attach the completed Non-District Access Request Form as a file.

3. Receive District Account and Next Steps

Once you receive your district account, you can proceed with adding the student teacher to Canvas Courses.
