Additional Staff | Beginning of Year

The PeopleSoft Additional Resources page requires attention due to all entries expiring on 7/31. ****

Additional Resources enables you to provide badge access, add individuals to your ZZ email listing and Microsoft Teams, or grant Synergy access to anyone not located at your building.

Please search to see who you have listed and check the Active/Inactive status. Anyone you need to re-activate for this year, click on the existing record, give them a new “End Date” and Save the page.

Note: If someone is already listed on your “Workforce Management Dashboard”, they don't have to be added as an Additional Resource. Anyone you add to Additional Resources will then show on your Workforce Management Dashboard in Orange.
