BOY Instructions for ESI Tech Phones | ESI Tech Phones

Objective:

As we begin the new school year, please review the following instructions to ensure your classroom or office is set up with the correct ESI Tech Phone equipment.

🔍 If a Teacher's Classroom does not have an ESI Tech Phone OR if your building has new classrooms that did not receive an ESI Tech Phone:

STS- submit a work order and include:

🧑‍🏫 Teacher/Staff Full Name
🏫 Building Name
🚪 Room Number
☎️ Phone Number

📍 If an ESI Tech Phone is Missing from a Static Location the phone must be returned.:

👉 Static phones are assigned to the room/building, not the person.

Do not move static phones from these locations:

Office spaces
Library
Nurse’s office
Admin/Front offices
Custodian, Security, Cafeteria
Gyms
Band rooms
Teacher lounges
Workroom/PD rooms
Labs
Conference rooms
CDC

The phone must be returned to its original location or previous building.
