***Students must sign into MobyMax FIRST for them to show up on the Teacher Roster***
MobyMax makes it easy to move students from one teacher's roster to another using the Transfer/Promote feature. This tool allows you to transfer students with just a few clicks—and optionally update their grade level in the process. Whether you’re preparing for a new school year or managing mid-year transitions, this feature ensures student rosters stay accurate and up to date.
To share students from your roster with another teacher:
Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
Click the Manage tab at the top of the page.
Select the Student Roster button.
Click the Manage Roster tab at the top of the page.
Select the Share Students link.
Check the box next to the name(s) of the student(s) you'd like to share (left column).
Select the teacher(s) you want to share them with (right column).
Click the Share Students button.
