How to Enroll a Wichita Public School Student in the eCard Program with the Wichita Public Library
Overview
This document is instructions on how to families can enroll their student in the eCard Program with Wichita Public Library after enrollment has been completed. (For 1st through 12th grade students)
Step 1: Update Online Enrollment through ParentVue
- Parent/Guardian will sign into ParentVue.
- Select the correct enrollment status for the student (Virtual or 1st-12th grade)
- The electronic signature is required to edit the enrollment process.
Step 2: Edit Students Enrollment (Only change the Library eCard information)
- Click on Students in the menu on the left.
- Select Edit next to the student’s name
- Navigate to the Library eCard Partnership section by selecting Save and Continue at the bottom of each page.
- Use the pull-down arrow to change the Response to “I consent to the above”.
- Select Save and Continue until the Review/Submit page.
- Select Review.
- Check the box “I have reviewed all registration data and verified that it is correct and select Submit.
