Call Forward All Calls

Overview

Process to forward all calls or cancel call forwarding.

To Set

1. Lift handset and receive dial tone.

2. Dial CALL FORWARD ALL CALLS CODE (*29). Hear special dial tone.

3. Dial destination extension or external* telephone number (for voicemail, dial 34270). (For external numbers, you will need to add the 9 in front to dial out) Hear service set tone.

4. Replace handset. Call forward all calls is set.

To Cancel

1) Lift handset and receive dial tone.

2) Dial CALL FORWARD ALL CALLS CANCEL CODE (#29). Hear service set tone.

3) Replace handset. Call forward all calls is cancelled.
