Basic Troubleshooting | iPads
Overview
The following steps can be used to troubleshoot simple iPad issues. Please be advised:
iPads are 1:1- User should only sign into one iPad. If a staff member tries to sign into multiple iPads, it will put the iPads into limbo in Mosyle. iPads load profiles accordingly.
To purchase an app, verify it is approved on the Software Approval App list. If the software has been approved: Submit a ticket to have the app purchased and pushed to the iPads.
