Receiving error "Opening Page Hotspot login cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server" when trying to connect to WPS_Personal. can be caused by a lost network connection or the device's failure to trigger the captive portal for login or registration.
Step 1: Forget the Network
iPhone
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Wi-Fi.
- Tap the information icon

- Tap Forget This Network.
Android
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Connections.
- Select the Wi-Fi option.
- Tap the cogwheel next to the network you want to forget.
- Tap Forget.
