How to Reset a ParentVUE Password | Synergy

Overview

How to update a ParentVUE password using Synergy.

Navigate to https://portal.usd259.net
Click Sign in with Microsoft.
- Verify your identity if prompted.
Click on the Synergy icon and sign in
Confirm the focus is set to 2024-2025 Wichita Public Schools.
In Quick Launch, search or select Parent.
Search for the ParentVUE account using the parent's name.
- * can be used as a wildcard.
Click Find.
***Verify the parent account by a phone number or an address****
Under ParentVUE ID, enter a new password and confirm it.
Click Save.
Clear the parent record by clicking on the spy glass
