Clear Touch Interactive Flat Panels Updates for the Beginning of Year 2025-2026

IST Purchased

Clear Touch interactive panels purchased by IST are assigned to classrooms. It is critical to keep the IFPs in the rooms assigned.
If there are extenuating circumstances and an IFP needs to be relocated withing the school, submit a Freshservice ticket for evaluation. Please include the following information:

- New room number:
- Serial Number:
- Reason a move is requested:

Building Purchased

Clear Touch Interactive Flat Panels purchased by the building will need to be enrolled into the management console in order to work with our network.
If this has not yet been done, please submit a Freshservice ticket for the device enrollment. Please include the following information.

- New room number:
- Serial Number:

Power-Up Report Week with Clear Touch

Please power on the IFPs and check for software updates. This may require checking for software updates and restarting multiple times to be ready for the first day of school.
Please submit a Freshservice ticket if there are any hardware or software issues with panels.
