Wichita Public Schools’ Family Hub brings all your child’s important information together for you in one space!

These essential tools include:

Online Enrollment Application is your easy access to enroll your child each year.
ParentVUE is your secure online portal for staying updated on your child’s school life. You can check grades, attendance, class schedules, and teacher communication all in one place. It’s designed to give families a real-time view of how their student is doing at school.
SeeSaw is an online learning platform for elementary students (K–5) where teachers post activities, students complete and share their work, and families can easily see what their child is learning.
Canvas is an online learning platform used for grades 6–12 where teachers post assignments, lessons, and announcements. Students can submit work, check grades, and communicate with teachers, while families can stay informed about their child’s progress.
FirstView is an app that lets you see your child’s bus information in real time—track arrival and departure times, view the bus route, and get notifications for delays. It helps families stay informed and plan for pick-up and drop-off with ease.
Xello is a digital platform that helps students explore careers, plan for college, and set personal goals. It guides students through activities and assessments so they can discover interests, strengths, and future pathways, while families can see their child’s progress and interest.

Follow the step-by-step instructions to register your account. Important - Families must have a ParentVUE account to register for the Family Hub.

If you have a ParentVUE account but forgot the username and password:

Contact your child's school.

If you have a ParentVUE account but forgot the password:

Open a web browser on a phone or computer and navigate to PLACE URL HERE
Click Register Here

Select Continue and Forgot Password

Enter your email address associated with your ParentVUE account. You will be sent an email to reset your ParentVUE password.

If you do not have a ParentVUE account and need to sign up for one:

Open a web browser on a phone or computer and navigate to PLACE URL HERE
Click Register Here

Then click the link "If you don't have a ParentVUE account click HERE."

Answer the following questions and Accept the Privacy Statement.

Complete the following information including a working email address.

You will receive an email with a link to create a password. Select Save and Continue

ParentVUE will log you in to your new ParentVUE account. You will need your ParentVUE credentials to complete the Family Hub registration.

If you have a ParentVUE account and know the password:

Open a web browser on a phone or computer and navigate to PLACE URL HERE
Click Register Here

Click REGISTER and then Continue.

Enter your new ParentVUE username and password, then select Continue. This will connect your child(ren) to your Family Hub account.

Use one of the options to finish your account registration.

Accept the permissions for Family Hub to view basic profile information on the account used to complete your registration. (i.e. Facebook, Apple account etc.)

Enter the required information and click Save.

You will be redirected to the Home screen or click on the Home button in the right hand corner.
The Family Hub Home screen brings all your essential tools together in one convenient place—attendance, grades, enrollment, the bus tracker app, and your student’s learning platforms.
Our learning management systems include SeeSaw for grades K–5 and Canvas for grades 6–12, giving families an easy way to stay connected to classroom learning.
