Unable to access | QPS
Overview
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot access issues with QPS (Quick Phonics Screener). If using Microsoft Edge, switch to Google Chrome, which tends to work best.
Update District Password
- If it has been more than a year since you've last reset your district password, please reset your password.
- If you have a recent password, please proceed to next step.
Steps:
Try accessing QPS through
ClassLink via
Google Chrome (preferred)
To access QPS in Google Chrome:
1. Close and reopen Chrome, navigate back to ClassLink
2. Click QPS to launch the application
3. Sign in using your District Username (not the full e-mail address) and password
To access QPS in Microsoft Edge:
1. Close and reopen Microsoft Edge, navigate back to
ClassLink
2. Click QPS to launch the application
3. Click More Choices (do not sign in using Face ID or PIN)
4. Click Use a different account
OR

5. Sign in with your district e-mail address and password
Alternative sign in option:
**If you are not getting a prompt to sign in or do not have the same options as above:
1. Sign out of Windows - select Start
. Select the Accounts
icon (or picture), then select Sign out
2. Log back in by selecting "Other User" - Sign in using your e-mail address and password
3. Try accessing QPS again via ClassLink
